All grooming services listed above include a warm hydro-bath, nail trim, ear & eye clean, blow-dry and deodorise.

PLEASE CONTACT THE SALON IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A LARGE DOG (OVER 17KG) ie Groodle, Labradoodle etc

Whilst we do not as a rule take on large dogs over 17kg in the salon we are happy to discuss this on an individual basis. This will be based on your dogs temperament, past grooming exposure, behaviour during grooming and the commitment to a regular grooming schedule.

Extra Services

Matting Fee - $40

This fee is charged when a pet’s coat is severely knotted and matted and unable to be easily brushed by our staff. We will not put your dog through pain to demat a coat. We believe in ‘Humanity before Vanity’ in our salon. On assessment we will advise you if a matting fee will be charged, we will then during the grooming process advise of the cost via text. .

Flea Rinse - $35

When a dog has fleas or flea eggs in their coat, they will automatically be given a flea rinse as a preventative treatment for themselves and our other clients. This is also an added extra service that can be requested with their normal groom. We do strongly recommend a regular monthly flea treatment be given to your pet to prevent fleas and other parasites.

Walk-In Nail Trimming - $25

Depending on your pet’s tolerance, we can use our nail clippers to cut nails or our electric diamond tip dremmel for a smoother finish. Dogs nails should be trimmed regularly to ensure they are kept at a healthy length.
